Beach Street Lemon Chicken Pasta

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, and soy sauce.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably 6-12 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, green onions, and parsley for the pasta.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and return to the pot.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the pasta and toss to combine.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken and marinade.
- Cook the chicken until it's cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the skillet with the chicken and toss with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
