Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add corn, black beans, diced chilies, and taco seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the tomato sauce and taco sauce, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes to thicken.
- Roll out the pizza dough in the prepared baking dish, covering the bottom and sides.
- Pour the meat mixture into the center of the pizza dough and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes, then top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes before slicing and serving.
