The crust and cheese

can refrigerated pizza crust dough

shredded reduced fat mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with oregano, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes until browned.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are browned.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and heat through.
- Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll the pizza crust dough and press it into the bottom and halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the bottom of the crust.
- Top with the meat mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
