Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than the package directions, then drain and add to the slow cooker.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, crumbling it as it cooks.
- Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and salt to the beef and cook for an additional minute.
- Drain excess grease from the beef and transfer it to the slow cooker with the pasta.
- Add the pepperoni and marinara sauce to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Stir in ¾ of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover, and let it melt.
