Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground sausage to the pot, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Stir in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the sausage sauce and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan, mozzarella, and top with pepperoni.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden, then serve.
