Ingredients

  • 16 ounces keto pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup keto pizza sauce
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add ground sausage to the pot, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta with the sausage sauce and half of the parmesan cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan, mozzarella, and top with pepperoni.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden, then serve.
