Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 glass baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a dutch oven, heat the avocado oil and sauté the onion, garlic, green pepper, and broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from its casing and add it to the sautéed vegetables, cooking until fully done.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, diced tomatoes, and pasta sauce until combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish, layer with pepperoni, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
