Ingredients

The base

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

The toppings

  • 1 ½ cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 oz Pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower with olive oil, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper in a casserole dish and arrange in a single layer.
  3. Roast the cauliflower for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until tender and lightly browned.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with pepperoni slices and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
