Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Toss the cauliflower with olive oil, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper in a casserole dish and arrange in a single layer.
- Roast the cauliflower for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until tender and lightly browned.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top with pepperoni slices and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
