Cauliflower Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F and grease a baking dish.
- Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half-and-half cream, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold the blanched cauliflower and chopped bacon into the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
- Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.
