Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (232°C).
- Boil water in a large pot or Dutch oven, add broccoli and cauliflower, and cook until crisp-tender, then drain and cool.
- Melt butter in the same pot, add onions, and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Reduce heat, add cream cheese, and stir until melted, then add chicken broth.
- Combine the broccoli and cauliflower with the sauce, add cheeses and bacon, and mix well.
- Transfer to a casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted, broil for 2-3 minutes for browning if desired.
