Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and ground beef to the skillet with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Stir in cream cheese and marinara sauce, cooking until the cream cheese melts.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, ½ cup mozzarella, and heavy cream.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil and layer the ground beef mixture in the dish.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the beef, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and top with pepperoni.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
- Allow to cool before serving.
