Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and position the rack in the middle.
- Remove the sausage from its casing and brown it in a frying pan, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain on paper towels and let cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined. Add the Italian seasoning, crushed fennel seed, and ⅓ of each type of cheese, stirring to combine.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread ½ cup of the Arrabiata sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle half of the sausage, onion, green bell pepper, and black olives on top, followed by half of the remaining cheese.
- Add the rest of the sauce, the remaining cheese, and top with the remaining sausage and vegetables.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and hot, or microwave covered with cling film for about 5 minutes.
