Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar.
- Place the apple mixture in an 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
- Blend the remaining topping ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds.
- Spoon the topping mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are cooked through, checking after 10 minutes and covering with foil if the topping browns too much.
