Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare the filling by mixing diced apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water in a large bowl, then pour into the prepared pan.
- For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, walnuts, and salt in a medium bowl, then stir in melted butter until combined.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
