Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Roughly mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add the chopped peaches, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and diced chipotle peppers.
- Stir the mixture and season with Kosher salt to taste.
- Serve immediately.
