Instructions
- 1. Chop and prep all the guacamole ingredients.
- 2. Mash the avocados in a large glass bowl using a fork.
- 3. Stir in jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, garlic, lime zest and juice, salt, and black pepper until combined.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 5. Stir, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 6. Top with diced peaches and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
