Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and strawberries until well blended.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion dough into 1½-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
