Strawberry and Cream Cookies

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and whisk in the sugars.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until mixed.
- Fold in the freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Scoop out 1½-inch balls of dough, roll them, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Enjoy warm with milk.
