Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy.
- 4. Add the vanilla and egg, and mix until combined.
- 5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- 6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
- 7. Drop tablespoons of batter onto a baking sheet lined with cooking spray, spacing them two inches apart.
- 8. Bake for 12 minutes or until set, being careful not to overbake.
- 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
