Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake or pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then add the chocolate chips and mix.
- In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, then fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan, pressing it into the sides if necessary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few gooey pieces.
- Let cool on a rack, then cut into wedges and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
