Fudgy Oreo Brownies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8x8 pan by lining it with foil.
- 2. Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, then stir and cool.
- 3. Whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla, coffee, and salt for about 15 seconds, then add the chocolate mixture.
- 4. Stir in the flour until no streaks remain, then mix in the crushed Oreos.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with extra Oreos.
- 6. Bake for about 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
- 7. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
