Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup sugar (white, brown, coconut, or sugar-free substitute)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (non-dairy if needed)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup milk (unsweetened almond milk recommended)
  • 10 pieces Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chopped chocolate in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then whisk in the sugar and yogurt.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring to combine, then add the milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, top with extra Oreos, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
