Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped chocolate in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then whisk in the sugar and yogurt.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring to combine, then add the milk and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, top with extra Oreos, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
