Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, eggs, and salt.
- Stir in the chives, dill, kale, onion, garlic, and cumin.
- Add the baking powder and bread crumbs, mix, and let sit for a few minutes.
- Gently fold in the feta cheese.
- Form the mixture into twelve 1-inch thick patties.
- Oil a baking sheet and arrange the patties with space between them.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the bottoms are brown, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes.
