Cheesy Asiago Sandwich Focaccia

Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it stand until frothy.
- In a stand mixer, mix flour and salt, then add melted butter and the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough.
- Gradually add remaining flour until a smooth dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare a pan with non-stick spray, then punch down the dough and press it into the pan.
- Cover and let it rise for another 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brush the dough with olive oil, create dimples with your fingers, and sprinkle with Asiago cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, covering with foil if the cheese browns too quickly.
- Cut into squares for sandwiches or serve as is.
