Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, oil, salt, Asiago cheese, and 2 cups of flour in a bowl.
- Mix and gradually add the remaining flour until the dough is soft and smooth.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, then let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface.
- Prepare the Asiago topping by whisking together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Asiago cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Divide the dough into 14-20 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the Asiago mixture and place in a greased baking pan.
- Pour the remaining topping over the dough balls and let them rise until doubled.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
