Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, halved lengthwise
  • 1 8-ounce block mozzarella cheese, cut into sixteen (½ ounce) pieces
  • 40 pieces pepperoni
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley optional for garnish
  • Marinara sauce optional for dipping
  • Ranch dressing optional for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and garlic powder.
  3. Flatten each biscuit half into a disk, then top with a piece of pepperoni and a ½-ounce piece of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the biscuit up over the filling to shape it into a ball and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit halves, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Arrange the remaining pepperoni between the biscuits in the baking dish and brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the biscuits start to brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then return to the oven until the cheese melts, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
