Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oat flour and protein powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup and microwave until melted, then whisk together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Divide the dough in half; add cocoa powder to one half and mix well.
- Roll small balls of dough and place them on the baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Let the cereal cool completely before serving.
