Ingredients

  • cups oat flour
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour and protein powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup and microwave until melted, then whisk together.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough in half; add cocoa powder to one half and mix well.
  6. Roll small balls of dough and place them on the baking tray.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm.
  8. Let the cereal cool completely before serving.
