Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry cereal
  • cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup
  • optional chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cereal and protein powder.
  3. Melt the nut butter with the brown rice syrup, then mix it into the cereal mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and press it firmly into place. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or freeze for 10-15 minutes before slicing into bars.
