Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cereal and protein powder.
- Melt the nut butter with the brown rice syrup, then mix it into the cereal mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and press it firmly into place. Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or freeze for 10-15 minutes before slicing into bars.
