Ingredients

The base

  • 4 cups Brown Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Protein Powder

The coating

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch or 8x10-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup, then mix until combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a cohesive batter.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly in place.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, then slice into 20 bars.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and quickly dip each bar into the melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
