Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch or 8x10-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup, then mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a cohesive batter.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly in place.
- Refrigerate until firm, then slice into 20 bars.
- Melt the chocolate chips and quickly dip each bar into the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
