Ingredients

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Add the crispy rice cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil, then heat until melted.
  4. Whisk the melted mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until fully coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
