Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with oil.
- Place the cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and heat over medium-low until melted.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture over the cereal, mixing to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down evenly.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 2 hours until solid.
- Slice into bars and enjoy.
