Ingredients

The Crunch Bars

  • cups Crunchy Cereal
  • cups Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil

The Topping

  • cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 small handful Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with oil.
  2. Place the cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and heat over medium-low until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture over the cereal, mixing to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down evenly.
  6. For the topping, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 2 hours until solid.
  9. Slice into bars and enjoy.
