Homemade Crunch Bars

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salt together using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the rice cereal in a large bowl and stir until evenly coated.
- Prepare a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan and smooth the top, then freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
- Once firm, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and slice into desired sizes.
