The marinade

The shrimp

large shrimp, deveined & shell off
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the garlic, dry basil, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the white cooking wine and slowly whisk in the olive oil to emulsify.
- Pour the marinade over the shrimp and mix to coat all shrimp evenly.
- Let the shrimp marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat and place the shrimp in a grill basket or on skewers.
- Grill the shrimp until they are pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with fresh lemon slices.
