Ingredients

The chocolate

  • 2 lbs White Melting Chocolate (White Almond Bark or Candy Coating)
  • 4 oz Sweet Baking Chocolate (such as German by Baker's)
  • 2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

The nuts

  • 16 oz Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 8 oz Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 8 oz Cocktail Peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare a surface with parchment paper for cooling the clusters.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the white melting chocolate, sweet baking chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Cover and set to LOW for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the chocolates are melted and combined, add all the nuts and stir well.
  4. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment paper using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon.
  5. Allow the clusters to set for about an hour before transferring them to an airtight container.
