Instructions
- Prepare a surface with parchment paper for cooling the clusters.
- In a slow cooker, combine the white melting chocolate, sweet baking chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Cover and set to LOW for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the chocolates are melted and combined, add all the nuts and stir well.
- Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment paper using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon.
- Allow the clusters to set for about an hour before transferring them to an airtight container.
