Easy Crockpot Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

The chocolate

  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 bag dark chocolate chips

The nuts

  • 2 pounds roasted salted peanuts

Optional seasoning

  • to taste flaky salt (such as Maldon sea salt)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the slow cooker on low for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring often to prevent burning.
  2. Once melted, stir the chocolate and add the peanuts, mixing well to coat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to form clusters on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle salt over the clusters if desired.
  6. Refrigerate the clusters for about an hour or until firm.
