flaky salt (such as Maldon sea salt)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the slow cooker on low for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring often to prevent burning.
- Once melted, stir the chocolate and add the peanuts, mixing well to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a cookie scoop to form clusters on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle salt over the clusters if desired.
- Refrigerate the clusters for about an hour or until firm.
