Nutella Peanut Butter Clusters

Instructions
- Prepare a double boiler by filling a medium-sized saucepan with a couple inches of water and placing it on medium heat.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the peanut butter and Nutella, and place it over the saucepan to melt.
- Stir the mixture until it is warm and fully combined.
- Remove the bowl from heat and add the flake cereal, gently stirring to coat the flakes.
- Using your hands, form clusters of about ½ cup each and place them on a lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle each cluster with Fluer de sel.
- Refrigerate the clusters for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
