Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the almonds to the melted chocolate and stir until they are evenly coated.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up the process.
  5. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
