Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
- Add the almonds to the melted chocolate and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up the process.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
