Orange Chocolate Coconut Clusters

orange extract

almonds, toasted then coarsely chopped

unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat.
- Stir in the orange extract.
- Allow the nuts and coconut to cool for 10-15 minutes, then mix them into the melted chocolate.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Allow to cool; if necessary, transfer clusters to a plate and cool in the freezer.
- Serve.
