Ingredients

The clusters

  • cups cashew halves
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • sea salt for sprinkling

The caramel

  • 30 pieces caramel squares (Kraft recommended)
  • cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. Arrange clusters of cashews on the sheets, leaving space between each cluster.
  3. Melt the caramels with cream in the microwave, stirring frequently, and spoon onto each cluster.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and spoon it over each cluster, then sprinkle with crushed cashews and sea salt.
  5. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
