White Chocolate Caramel Cashew Clusters

Instructions
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Arrange clusters of cashews on the sheets, leaving space between each cluster.
- Melt the caramels with cream in the microwave, stirring frequently, and spoon onto each cluster.
- Melt the white chocolate and spoon it over each cluster, then sprinkle with crushed cashews and sea salt.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
