Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the pecans with the dulce de leche or caramel.
- Drop the mixture into clumps using two spoons.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving for 1 minute, then stirring and continuing in 30-second increments until fully melted.
- Cover the caramel clusters with the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until hardened, about 2 to 3 hours.
