Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, then drain the fat.
- Add the chopped onion, celery, and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients for the sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover.
- Cook the sauce on medium-low heat for at least three hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions in salted water, then drain.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
