Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef in crumbles, searing until golden brown, then crumble and cook through.
- Transfer beef to a plate lined with paper towels, leaving some fat in the skillet.
- Reduce heat, add onion and sauté for 4 minutes, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, cooked beef, basil, and oregano; season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Adjust consistency with water or tomato paste as needed.
- Stir in parmesan and serve warm over pasta, garnished with more parmesan and parsley.
