Ingredients

The wheat berries

The salad

  • 1 batch cilantro lime dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the wheat berries in water, bringing to a boil, then simmer covered until tender.
  2. Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Combine arugula, cooked wheat berries, mango, green onion, and avocado in a bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with hemp seeds.
