Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Grease the pan with olive oil from the dipping sauce.
- Combine all focaccia ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan, dimpling the surface with your fingertips.
- Drizzle a small amount of the olive oil dipping sauce over the top.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes until lightly browned, adding ice cubes to the oven for steam.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into 12 pieces.
- Mix the dipping sauce ingredients in a jar and let sit overnight for best flavor.
