Ingredients

The patties

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ of a lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Burger fix-ins

  • to taste hamburger buns
  • to taste tomatoes
  • to taste red onion
  • to taste salad
  • to taste arugula
  • to taste garlic yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the patty ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four circular patties using your hands.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach the desired doneness.
