Lamb Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, Dijon mustard (if using), dill, mint, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the ground lamb and mix gently with your hands until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 patties, about ½ inch thick, making a thumbprint in the center of each.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add additional oil if using a skillet.
  5. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until done to your liking.
  6. Remove from heat and let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
