Ingredients

The lamb burger patties

  • 1 lb. Ground Lamb
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Basil Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Large Organic Egg
  • cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

The Tzatziki Sauce

  • 5 oz. Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Salt

Burger condiments

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Red Onion
  • ½ cup Mediterranean Feta Cheese
  • 2 Ciabatta Buns
  • 1 Handful Fresh Arugula

Instructions

  1. Make the Tzatziki sauce by peeling and chopping the cucumber, then draining the juices and mixing with dill and other ingredients until smooth.
  2. Chop the fresh rosemary and mix it with the ground lamb and other patty ingredients, then form into patties.
  3. Cook the lamb patties in a heated pan with olive oil for 5 minutes on each side, then let them rest.
  4. Prepare the burger by slicing the red onion and tomato, and toasting the ciabatta buns with butter until golden.
  5. Assemble the burger with Tzatziki sauce, tomato, arugula, red onion, lamb patty, and feta cheese, then serve immediately.
