Instructions
- Make the Tzatziki sauce by peeling and chopping the cucumber, then draining the juices and mixing with dill and other ingredients until smooth.
- Chop the fresh rosemary and mix it with the ground lamb and other patty ingredients, then form into patties.
- Cook the lamb patties in a heated pan with olive oil for 5 minutes on each side, then let them rest.
- Prepare the burger by slicing the red onion and tomato, and toasting the ciabatta buns with butter until golden.
- Assemble the burger with Tzatziki sauce, tomato, arugula, red onion, lamb patty, and feta cheese, then serve immediately.
