Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayo, curry powder, turmeric, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
- Serve on a bed of greens, on cucumber slices, or in a lettuce wrap. Garnish as desired.
