Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, and sugar in a large bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Spiralize the apple and add it to the bowl along with the raisins, celery, and chopped egg. Toss to combine.
- Pack the salad into the cabbage leaves, top with sprouts if using, and roll them up like burritos. Secure with a toothpick and halve before serving.
