Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp Grade B maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 unit vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours, then drain and rinse them.
  2. Blend the soaked cashews, water, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and scraped vanilla bean together until smooth.
  3. If necessary, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
  4. Store the cashew milk in a bottle and shake before serving.
