Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole raw cashews
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt
  • 20 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews overnight or for at least 10 hours.
  2. Drain the cashews and discard the soaking water.
  3. Blend the cashews with the remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Chill the milk before serving.
